1. Our website is fully encrypted to protect all of your personal information and we do not receive your credit card details.

As we are purely an online store you have the confidence in knowing that your children’s toys have not been played or tampered with, which can often be the case in a retail environment.  (Do you really want to be purchasing a product that someone else's child has tampered with only for it to then be packaged and sent to yourself.)  Our toys are delivered directly to our warehouse where they go directly onto shelving or storage untouched until they have been purchased and packaged ready to dispatch. 

 

3. Unlike other online stores our packaging is very strict.  Orders are either bubble wrapped securely when sent via an Australia Post sachel or for larger items are wrapped and boxed securely.  We do not shrink wrap any item regardless of size as items can get damaged easily.

 

4. We actively seek unique quality products from the finest toy makers around the world that are not available in Australia. For example: Thomas the tank engine under the bed trundle playtable.

 

5. We are a family owned business dedicated to offering a level of personalized service which is rarely seen in today’s busy world.

 

6. We offer a 14 day returns policy on all products purchased.   Just return the product to us unopened and we will gladly exchange or refund whatever you like.

 

7. We have a comprehensive recycling and energy efficiency program to minimize our carbon footprint.

 

8. We are able to offer super low prices as we do not have to pay rent, staff and other expenses associated with a retail shop.

 

9. We offer standard Australia Post, Registered Post, Express Post or Courier Service.   We also offer same day courier service to Melbourne Metropolitan (extra charges may apply).

 

10. We have a new Wish List option.  This option is available to customers who are planning a birthday party or Christmas presents and wish to place items into their "Wish List" to come back to and amend if necessary over time until they are ready to place their order.  You also have the convenience of being able to send your "Wish List" to friends via email so you can collectively plan what each wants to purchase.  Just simply type the email address at the bottom of your wish list and send it to your friend - simple!

 

11. We offer telephone ordering for those who do not wish to order through the internet.   Our contact number is 0412 296 914. (please never email your credit card details to anybody as this is the most insecure way to protect your privacy.
