Faulty products may be returned including their original packaging within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Please contact us immediately should you discover a fault with one of our products. Return postage is at the buyers expense with the exception of if you receive an incorrect item.
In the event that you change your mind about the product you may return the product unopened and packaging in excellent condition at your own cost within 14 days from date of purchase. You can choose between an exchange, a credit or a gift voucher for the cost of the item. Postage in all cases is at the buyers expenses.
Please note:
that on special orders where a product has been sourced specifically for you we cannot and will not offer our 14 days return policy unless the good is deemed to be faulty.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the customer in the same form as payment was made.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted immediately to notify you of this and will be given the option whether to exchange for something else, receive a credit or receive a refund and have the remainder of your order sent. Orders that are paid for using credit card will be refunded through the same credit card. Orders that are paid for using Bank Deposit will be refunded through cheque and orders that are paid for using Paypal will be refunded through Paypal. If in the case that the credit card has expired we will request details of another credit card to refund you the monies. We do not send cheques. In the case of credit cards refunds will be completed through direct debit.
