1.  To be eligible for three of the free engines you must purchase one Thomas Wooden Railway Set or Thomas Wooden Railway Roundhouse.

2. Customers may select the three engines of their choice during check out procedure.  If no engines are selected by the customer then the engines will be selected at the descretion of Central Station Toys.  Once orders are dispatched from the warehouse engines cannot be changed.

3.  Any set can be removed or added at any time due to stock availablility at the descretion of Central Station Toys.

4. The price of any set can be changed accordingly depending on changes in prices from suppliers at any given time.  Price of sets may go up and down and Central Station Toys reserves the right to change pricing at any given time.

4.  All free engines come unpackaged.

5.  This offer ends when stocks run out or at the descretion of Central Station Toys.

6.  Central Station Toys will not take any responsibility for damaged or faulty free engines once they are dispatched from the warehouse.

The Free Arched Bridge and all engines included in the offer are new but do not come in original packaging.

 

The Promoter and their related officers, employees, contractors and agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsover (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained in connection with these promotions, the promotions of these promotions or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

 

If for any reason the promotion/s is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
