Thomas & Friends Wooden Railway Scruff is a boxy tank engine who first appeared in Season 14. He works with Whiff at the Sodor Garbage Center.

 

His model bares similarities to Rusty.

Scruff hates being cleaned, but he is clean in his model form.

His wheel chasis is a similar size to Neil's and is one of few engines to bear it.

Although he is a steam engine, he looks similar to a diesel.

The model of Scruff featured in the Scruff and the Garbage Truck 2-pack is covered in soot, unlike his normal wooden model.
